Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes
4 Medium Potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 C. Sour Cream  
Garlic Powder 
Green onion, chopped (optional)
4 Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or real bacon bits)
Salt, Pepper to Taste
1/2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese

Boil and mash potatoes with butter and sour cream.  Add garlic powder, bacon and green onions if you like, then stir with salt and pepper to taste.   Place in casserole dish, top with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
