Bacon N Brussels


What's Yummier than Yummy?  Brussel Sprouts!  What, you don't believe me?  Is your inner child gagging at the proverbial dinner table?
Here's a great grown-up version for kids of all ages.
1  Pound of Brussel Sprouts (thaw if frozen)
3-4 Slices of bacon, chopped
2 TBSP of Butter (or oil of your choice)
Salt & Pepper
Cut brussels in half, then place in baking pan or dish with bacon.  Drop butter on top and sprinkle with salt & pepper, then roast @400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
